Official sources
AllForm does not replace these sources, and the PDF is not filed for you.
What you type stays in this browser. The server does not keep the PDF.
Choosing a country opens that page and keeps what you have typed.
A tax row on this quotation is an estimate. The PDF total stays Quoted total.
Type the combined GST or HST rate. Add a provincial rate only when it is charged separately. Do not split an HST rate.
How to fill this in
No national quotation form was found. Use the supplier, the customer, the date, Valid until, and Notes for the conditions. The currency starts as CAD. Prices stay blank until you type them, and the total is labeled Quoted total.
The CRA says an HST rate is one combined rate and is not split into federal and provincial parts. If you show tax on this offer, type that combined rate. Add a second rate only when a provincial tax is charged separately, and name it if the default label is wrong. Both rows are estimates. If you are not showing tax, leave the rates empty. This page does not select a rate for a province or territory.
Choose A4 or US Letter before you download. Empty dates, rates, and business numbers stay empty.
