Official sources
AllForm does not replace these sources, and the PDF is not filed for you.
What you type stays in this browser. The server does not keep the PDF.
Choosing a country opens that page and keeps what you have typed.
A tax row on this quotation is an estimate. The PDF total stays Quoted total.
This page does not say Tax invoice and does not fill in 10%.
How to fill this in
business.gov.au says a written quote should include the business name, ABN, customer, a description, itemised and total costs, GST if it applies, payment terms, dates, an expiry, and space for acceptance. Those fields are on this page. The currency starts as AUD. Put terms in Notes and the expiry in Valid until.
The same site says an accepted quote can become a contract. This page does not record the customer's signature or acceptance. Set GST registered only as your own answer, then type a GST rate if you are showing GST. The row is an estimate. Leave it empty when GST does not apply. The heading does not become Tax invoice.
Choose A4 or US Letter before you download. Empty dates, rates, and business numbers stay empty.
FAQ
Is an Australian quote a tax invoice?
No. A tax invoice is the document a GST-registered seller issues for a sale. Use the invoice page for that.
Does the page add 10% GST?
No. Type the GST rate yourself, or leave it blank.
Does the PDF sign the customer?
No. It prints the offer. It does not store an acceptance.
