India purchase order with GSTIN
Record the buyer's order in rupees. A GSTIN, an HSN or SAC code, and a GST row appear only from what you type.
What you type stays in this browser. The server does not keep the PDF.
This page is not the GST portal and does not create an e-invoice. A receipt here is not a GST receipt voucher.
A purchase order is the buyer's order, not a tax invoice. Tax is printed only from a rate you type.
How to fill this in
Type a GSTIN on the buyer or the supplier when you want it printed. The page does not check that the number is registered and does not collect a PAN.
Choose same state or another state only when you want the labels CGST and SGST, or IGST. Type each rate yourself. HSN or SAC is typed on the line. The page does not decide the place of supply.
This purchase order is not a GST tax invoice and is not filed on the GST portal.
Choose A4 or US Letter before you download. Empty dates, rates, and business numbers stay empty. A tax row is added only from a rate you type. This purchase order is not a tax invoice.
FAQ
Does this decide CGST, SGST, or IGST?
No. You choose same state or another state, and you type the rates. Leave them empty when this order should not show GST.
Is a GSTIN checked?
No. The number you type is printed. The page does not call the GST portal.
Where do I put HSN or SAC?
Type it on the item line. A blank code is left off the PDF.
