Canada purchase order and provincial tax
Record the buyer's order in Canadian dollars. GST, HST, and a separate provincial tax are printed only from rates you type.
What you type stays in this browser. The server does not keep the PDF.
Type the combined GST or HST rate. Add a provincial rate only when it is charged separately. Do not split an HST rate.
A purchase order is the buyer's order, not a tax invoice. Tax is printed only from a rate you type.
How to fill this in
Type one combined GST or HST rate. If PST or QST is charged on its own, type that name and that rate. Do not split an HST rate into parts.
The province or territory is a label on the address. Choosing a name does not select a tax.
This order is not the invoice or receipt used for a GST/HST input tax credit. The supplier's invoice is a later document.
Choose A4 or US Letter before you download. Empty dates, rates, and business numbers stay empty. A tax row is added only from a rate you type. This purchase order is not a tax invoice.

Is this an input-tax-credit document?
