How to fill this in
Write the employer, the candidate, the job title, the place of work, the employment type, the start date, and the pay you are offering. The currency starts as AUD. Hours and leave stay blank until you type them. Casual, full-time, part-time, and fixed-term are labels you choose.
Section 125 of the Fair Work Act 2009 says the Fair Work Information Statement is given before, or as soon as practicable after, the employee starts. A new casual employee is also given the Casual Employment Information Statement, and a fixed-term employee the Fixed Term Contract Information Statement. National Employment Standards are minimum entitlements. Type an award or enterprise agreement name only if you already know it. This page does not look one up, does not fill in a pay rate, and does not apply to every employer outside the national system.
