Payslip is a general writing aid. Leave any box blank. A blank date stays blank, and a blank amount is not printed as zero. The PDF uses A4 unless you choose US Letter.

Is this Payslip an official government form?
No. This Payslip is a general template for preparing a PDF. It is not a government form, a tax invoice, or a filing.
What is calculated?
Gross pay adds the earning amounts you enter. Hours and a rate are multiplied only when that row's amount is empty. Net pay is left blank when gross pay is empty, or when deductions are larger than gross pay.
What does the PDF contain?
The PDF contains the title and the boxes you filled. Empty repeating rows are left out. The page is A4, or US Letter if you select it. The file is not stored on the server.
