How to fill this in
Timesheet is a general writing aid. Leave any box blank. A blank date stays blank, and a blank amount is not printed as zero. The PDF uses A4 unless you choose US Letter.
Choose A4 or US Letter before you download. The PDF does not add a date, a tax rate, or a contract term you left empty.

Is this Timesheet an official government form?
No. This Timesheet is a general template for preparing a PDF. It is not a government form, a tax invoice, or a filing.
What is calculated?
Hours you type are added. Start and end times are not turned into hours.
What does the PDF contain?
The PDF contains the title and the boxes you filled. Empty repeating rows are left out. The page is A4, or US Letter if you select it. The file is not stored on the server.
